The US Department of Justice has selected Lam, Lyn & Philip as Outside Counsel for a Collections contract for the Northern District of Texas. The effective date of the contract is November 21, 2011. The base period of the contract is set for one year, with an optional two term renewal. As per managing partner of the firm, Kurt Lyn “the competition for this contract was particularly strong and the selection process was rigorous but we are not surprised that we were selected. Our firm quite simply offered the best value and experience to accomplish the DOJ objectives. This year we have been extremely successful in getting hired by large corporations –such as USBank and Republic Bank, while at the same time building and expanding on existing relationships. We knew it was just a matter of time before we expand in the government realm”.
